Thugs assault teachers in Benin after Oba’s grandchild is flogged in school

Suspected hoodlums invaded the Federal Government Girls Secondary School in Benin City  and manhandled some teacher over the alleged flogging of a student in the school by one of the teachers.
the flogged student is said to be a granddaughter f the Benin Monarch, Oba Erediauwa.
She was allegedly injured on the hand after being flogged by the teacher
The thugs allegedly stormed  the school and demanded to see the teacher who flogged the girl, when their demand was not met, they resorted to mandhandling the teachers around including one of the Vice Principals.
State Chairman of the TUC , Joe Aligbe confirmed that the thugs were armed and threatened to return of the staff was not produced.
