Saudi Arabian authorities have deported 510 female pilgrims.
The female pilgrims were amongst pilgrims for the 2012 hajj and they were detained in Medina and Jeddah.
Saudian Arabian authorites have insisted that the women were unaccompanied by male relations which was considered against the laid down rules of the kingdom.
Nigeria's Vice President Namadi Sambo's intervention and plea all yielded no results.
There are still over 400 female pilgrims detained in Saudi Arabia.
