Hyper-wetin?

So i read in the news yesterday, that according to a recent survey conducted, it was found that half of Abia (State in Nigeria) populace are hypertensive, but wait, i think that a re-evaluation should be done, because if done, it probably would be discovered that half of the Nigerian populace is hypertensive. Are we talking about the below average Nigerian who barely knows what tomorrow holds for him? Or the Average Nigerian who struggles on a daily basis for what will sustain him and his family? or even talking about the above average Nigerian who after chopping all the National cake is looking for ways to keep the ones he has chopped and strategizing new ways to keep chopping, am just saying that it would be scary but not so surprising that half of the Nigerian population needs to have their various blood pressures checked out

A regular Nigerian has the basic survival instinct within that tells that survival is for the fittest, the average Lagosian is up by 5am and off to work and some do not even get back till late late deep into the night, what does this culminate in? You do not want to get into a traffic fight with the average Lagosian unless you have extra money to spare on panel beating and re-painting. Most of us are even suffering from various stages of Insomnia, but would never admit it.

But truely, is there any other way we can live better and healthier lives as Nigerians?
