Lance Armstrong stripped of titles and banned for life


Lance Armstrong, the world renowned cyclist that had been indicted for using for doping all through his career.
The US Anti-Doping Agency described doping methods used by Armstrong as "the most sophisticated, professionalised and successful doping programme that sport has ever seen", run by a "serial cheat" through "the use, administration and trafficking of performance-enhancing drugs and methods"
Armstrong has been stripped of his seven Tour de France titles and banned for life by the United States Anti-Doping Agency which found Armstrong guilty of masterminding sport's most elaborate dopinf conspiracy.
The UCI will meet again on Friday to rule on whether to sue Armstrong for his career prize money earnings and to establish a “truth and reconciliation” commission to encourage more riders to reveal the depth of doping during the Armstrong era.
