What is with the Kardashian clan and controversies these days?
A model, Micheal Girgenti (pictured above) who Kourtney Kardashian dated back in 2009 while she and her current boyfriend Scott Disick were taking a break is now claiming paternity of Kourt and Scott's son Mason.
Kourtney and Micheal had unprotected sex in March 2009 on the set of a photoshoot and by December 2009 Kourtney gave birth to her son.
Reports has it that the model has already filed for a paternity test and he is asking for joint custody of Mason.
According to Kourtney's rep, "His claims are absurd and this is simply another shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit from fictional stories about my client. Scott Disick is Mason’s father,"
