Finally, Kim Kardashian has been spotted post baby birth, the reality star and girlfriend/babymama to rapper Kanye West was pictured at an L.A Medical facility yesterday.
Kim is spotted in extra baggy clothes, probably not wanting everyone to start talking about baby fat. Baby North was also completely covered.
