Rapper Ice Prince emerged winner of the 2013 Best African Act at the BET Awards surpassing 2face Idibia, Toya Delazy from South Africa, Donald from South Africa, R2Bees from Ghana and Radio and Weasel from Uganda to clinch the prestigious award.
