Just a day after a papparazi was killed chasing after Beiber's ferrari, Justin Beiber was caught in pictures getting seriously high, his friend that was driving Justin's ferrari at the time the photographer was killed was also caught in the pictures.
The pictures were posted by TMZ, and they were reportedly taken on January 2.
