Every year, over half a million university graduates take their chances
at blue-chip companies in Nigeria. Majority of these companies subject
graduates to job aptitude tests which gauge their quantitative, verbal, data interpretation
and spatial reasoning skills during their first or second-stage screening
process. Feedback from recruiting leads in many of these companies showed us
that about 80% of the job candidates failed the exam irrespective of the class
of degree held. The number one cause of this is poor preparation.
It provides advanced mobile features that allowed users to study
rigorously and practice strictly to test time, as well as provide a summative
result analysis that shows whether the candidate is ready to take the real job
test or not.
