Well...i was stuck in traffic during the speech but i listened to it on the radio and what i basically heard was a committee being set up for the Flood situation currently ravaging the country, the members of the committee include: Alhaji Aliko Dangote, Chief Mike Adenuga, Olisa Agbakogba...that was all and then some states were categorized into zones....the President also thanked government agencies and other good citizens who had helped with the flood disaster in the country.
So it was basically about the flood situation....hmmmm...am pretty sure there's a lot more going on in this country...the whole speech lasted less than 15 minutes by the way.

Its really sad how our president and his advisers get to choose a committee. Biz men looking into flood issues. Its sad really sad.
I wonder wen we will become proactive and not wait for a situation to arise before we start dealing with them..... I'm sure dis flood ish was predicted since d beginning of this year n now in october we r just setting up a commitee.... Thank God d hurricanes an tornados do not even know our doorstep here in this country...if not....
And once again, Uncle Joe shows us why he's a FOOL! Wot business have dangote and d oda money bags got to do with flooding? When there's a minister of works and housing? Isn't such a person supposed 2 be on dis committee? And he comes out 4 a speech dat doesn't last more dan 15mins? This guy keeps disappointing me..
