The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity has issued a statement today that the President, Goodluck Jonathan will be addressing the nation by 7am on Tuesday.
It is expected that the President, will be addressing security issues in the country with also the flood and bakassi situation.
All i pray is, this speech does not bring on more controversy!
