The Nigerian President-elect, Gen Muhammadu Buhari and VP-elect, Prof. Osinbajo this afternoon received their certificates of return from INEC, the certificates were presented to them by the INEC chairman, Professor Attahiru Jega at a ceremony held at the International Conference Center in Abuja.
