Brittany Symone, an 18 year Georgia teenager had her friend film her while she was twerking on the passage side of the car with the door wide open, adopting squatting position, the teenage was jiggling and waving her arms around, seconds later she lost her balance and fell out of the car.
Though unhurt, her friend said she was feeling sober, the footage of the incident was uploaded online and has gone viral with about 6.3 million views
